How does the 15 day free trial work?
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can cancel your subscription during the free trial period and not be charged for any plan you have selected. Click on the username in the top right corner. This will open the User Menu dropdown. Select Subscriptions & Payment and follow the instructions. You don’t even have to call or email us, but you can if you’d like: contact form or call us at +1 212 625-3226.
What devices does Yabla support?
Yabla is functional across all devices through the browser of your choice with your subscription.
Subscribers also have access to our iOS app. An Android app is coming soon.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Yes, but only through the School/Group order form. If you want a single subscription, just sign-up as a group of one. Your account will be activated when we receive your purchase order.
How does the recurring billing work?
All subscriptions are setup with recurring billing for your convenience, but recurring billing can be turned off at any time.
Can I send Yabla as a gift?
Yes. Please use the Yabla gift checkout page, and we will deliver the subscription on any date you choose.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus PayPal. For schools and organizations, we also accept purchase orders and checks, but you must sign up using the School Order Form.
Can I pay in my local currency (Euros, Pounds, etc)?
We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal. Your credit card should work regardless of your local currency and location. To estimate the price in your local currency, you can use this currency converter.
